1. Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle with DubaiLUX Car Rental, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and these terms, which form a binding agreement between you (the "Renter") and DubaiLUX Car Rental ("Company").
2. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years for economy and standard vehicles; 25 years for luxury, sports, and supercars
- Driving licence: Valid driving licence from your home country, or UAE driving licence. International Driving Permit required for licences not in Arabic or English script.
- Identification: Passport or UAE Emirates ID required at time of vehicle collection
- Payment method: Credit or debit card required for security deposit
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit is held on your credit card at the time of vehicle collection. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle category:

Deposit is released within 7 working days of vehicle return in original condition.
4. Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is included in all rental rates. The Renter is responsible for the excess amount stated in the rental agreement in the event of an accident or damage. Full insurance upgrade (zero excess) is available at an additional daily rate — ask at time of booking.
5. Traffic Fines & Salik Tolls
The Renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations and Salik toll charges incurred during the rental period. Unpaid fines will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the Renter's payment method. A processing fee of AED 50 per fine applies.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. The Renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge at market rate plus AED 50 service fee applies.
7. Mileage
Most vehicles include unlimited mileage within the UAE. Specific restrictions apply to certain supercar and hypercar models — confirmed in writing at booking.
8. Cross-Border Travel
Travel outside the UAE (e.g. to Oman) requires prior written approval from DubaiLUX. Additional insurance coverage applies. Unauthorised cross-border travel voids the rental agreement.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- Late cancellation: Within 24 hours — 50% of first day's rental charge
- No-show: Full first day rental charge applies
10. Vehicle Return
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear. Late returns without prior notice are charged at 1.5x the daily rate per additional day.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
