1. Catalogue status

The vehicle pages on this website are catalogue listings. They do not guarantee that a specific vehicle is currently available and do not by themselves form a rental contract or binding offer.

2. Written quote

Before payment, request a written quote identifying the exact vehicle and the complete price. The quote should state taxes, deposit, insurance, excess, mileage, delivery and collection charges, toll handling, fuel policy, cancellation rules, and any other fees.

3. Driver eligibility

Age, licence, International Driving Permit, identification, payment-card, and driving-experience requirements can vary by vehicle, insurer, rental provider, nationality, and current UAE rules. Confirm the requirements for every named driver before booking.

4. Insurance and use restrictions

Do not assume that insurance, roadside assistance, off-road use, cross-border travel, additional drivers, or unlimited mileage are included. Only the final written agreement and policy wording govern coverage and permitted use.

5. Final rental agreement

The rental provider's signed agreement supplied for the confirmed vehicle controls the transaction. Review it before payment and again at handover. If it conflicts with a catalogue page, advertisement, message, or earlier estimate, ask for the discrepancy to be resolved in writing.

6. Vehicle handover

Inspect the vehicle, photograph its condition, verify fuel or charge level and mileage, and record existing damage on the handover document. Keep copies of the agreement, condition report, payment receipt, and support contacts.

7. Website content
