When tourists ask me what it's like to navigate the roads here, I understand both sides — I know the city intimately, and I've spent 6 years watching visitors arrive confused and leave confident. I handle all incoming customer inquiries at DubaiLUX, which means I've answered the same questions thousands of times: what documents do I need, how does Salik work, what happens if I get a fine. I write my guides so clearly that people stop needing to call us — though we're always here if they do.
